The (left side of the) image above is an example of barcode. The animation was generated with R.
I coedited the special issue of the Journal of Algebraic Statistics stemming from the Session on Algebraic Statistics in ACA 2013.
A list of papers and reports is available in my research page.
I will hold limited office hours outside my teaching days. They are advertised below, with the information normally updated on a weekly basis:
Important announcement: As part of the ongoing renovation of the Mathematics building, my new shared office M202 is not accesible to students so please be aware that you cannot just knock as in the past. I apologize for this event outside my control, which is envisaged to last for many months. As a trial solution, I am holding my office hours in the Senior Common Room located in the first floor of the Queens building. So you are welcomed to come and meet me during my published office hours (see below). Of course this being a common space I kindly ask that if I am busy you wait until I am free so to allow some privacy for my meetings. If you have urgent business phone or email me but always your first port of call should always be the office hours.
28th July 2015 (Tuesday): 1000-1100
Always verify the information in this page before coming to office hours.
I am also advisor in the School of Mathematics for Associate and Erasmus (interchange) students and QM students studying abroad. Students in any of these cases are welcomed to come during office hours.
