The next UK Cosmology meeting will be hosted by the Astronomy Unit of Queen Mary, University of London on Tuesday the 16th of December. The meeting will be held in the School of Mathematical Sciences building on Mile End road. It will start at 10:30 am with coffee, with talks begining at 11:00am and ending at 5:00pm, with lunch and coffee breaks included. As usual UKCosmo will be able to reimburse reasonable travel expenses (i.e. cheapest rail fare).

The meeting is being organised by Laila Alabidi (l.alabidi @ qmul.ac.uk), Ian Huston (i.huston @ qmul.ac.uk) and Carlos Hidalgo (j.c.hidalgo @ qmul.ac.uk). Queries can be addressed to any one of them.

The meeting is being generously funded by both STFC and the School of Mathematical Sciences, QMUL.

Useful Information

The meeting will take place in the Maths Lecture Theatre in the Maths Building at the Mile End Campus, postcode E1 4NS. Please look at the map below for the exact location. There is also a map of the QMUL campus available as pdf file.

The best way to get to QMUL is by the Underground to Mile End or Stepney Green stations, using either the Central, Hammersmith and City or District Lines. Transport for London has a travel planner where you can plan your journey and an up-to-date map of any problems with the lines.
