Biological networks

In biology network are ubiquitous. Networks are found at the molecular level of protein interactions, metabolic networks and gene regulation but also at the cellular level of the neuron interactions. Finally networks are also encoding between species in ecosystems.

My interests have been focusing on:
  • Inference problem related to the reverse engineering of regulatory networks or neural networks and to the problem of assessing the relevance of features for network structure.
  • Dynamical properties of metabolic and protein interaction networks
  • Modeling of the evolution of networks and populations
