"Integral moments of the Riemann zeta function"

Abstract: We give a heuristic for the main terms of the integral moments of the Riemann zeta function, and an exact calculation of the analogous moments for characteristic polynomials of random unitary matrices. The similarities between these two expressions lends yet more support to the argument for a spectral interpretation for the zeros of the Riemann zeta function and other L-functions.
