Thursday 9th March 2017

Women Count.

A free one-day conference for mathematics undergraduate and postgraduate students which formed part of the series of events celebrating International Women's Week at Queen Mary University of London in March 2017.

The aim of the event was to provide participants a space in which to meet and network with women who are active and successful in their field and share similar interests. Workshops and discussions will provide an insight into studying a PhD, in addition to providing information about current opportunities available for women in mathematics – both at university and beyond.
