What do I do if I am having difficulties using MySIS?
- Login problems
- If you are having difficulties logging in to MySIS, i.e. username and password does not appear to work, you should report the problem to IT Services.
- General queries
- You should direct most other queries regarding MySIS to Registry (CB05 Queens’ Building, Mile End). General queries should not be reported to IT Services.
Please note that there are certain tasks that are only available at particular times of the year and will be removed from your view of MySIS, for example the module registration task. If you need to registered for modules or make changes to your module registration then you need to contact your adviser. But after the normal deadlines we can only correct errors.
Registry is in the process of developing a set of frequently asked questions (FAQ) for students which they hope to put on MySIS.
