Deadline: Friday 25 January 2013
At the start of the academic year, you were asked to complete the SIS module registration task. Although you have already chosen your second-semester modules, there may be good reason why you wish to change your selection and these notes provide details of how you can do this.
You have until Friday 25 January 2013 to notify Registry of any second-semester module changes. This only applies to second-semester optional modules and is subject to module availability and the approval of the School. You cannot change first-semester modules.
How do I change my module selections?
To view your current second-semester modules, log on to MySIS. If you wish to make a change, print off the Module Amendment form available on MySIS, enter the details of the change and take the form to your adviser for approval. (It may be best to discuss the change with your adviser before completing the form.)
You will need to list on the form those modules which are to be removed and those which are to be added. Please consult your adviser if you require further details about second-semester optional modules. It is your responsibility to ensure that you satisfy all the requirements of your programme.
Return your completed form to the Maths Office as soon as possible and no later than Friday 25 January 2013. (If you return it directly to the Student Enquiry Centre we will have no record and so not be able to help with any problems.) Any form that has not been authorised by your adviser will not be accepted. Forms received after the deadline will not be processed.
Module changes will be visible on MySIS once approved and processed by Registry.
Do I need to do anything if I don’t want to change my module selections?
Only complete the Module Amendment form if you wish to make changes to elective modules. If you do not wish to make any change you do not need to do anything.
