Religious holidays during summer exam period

Any student who needs to apply for religious holidays throughout an examination period should complete the form below and return it to the Examinations Officer at the address below. Please also send a copy to the Maths Office for passing on to the Student Support Officer.

For the 2012 summer examination period (April-June 2012) the deadline is 23rd January 2012.

For the 2012 late summer examination period (August 2012) there is no official deadline but you should aim to submit the form by the end of July. Once the timetable is fixed, you should also submit a completed Missed Examination Report Form to the Maths Office as well.
